1. Liability
At Deuces Pet Waste, we take great care in providing quality services while respecting your property. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your yard or property caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, pre-existing conditions in the yard, or any landscaping issues. Furthermore, it is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure that all pets are secured during the service appointment to avoid any incidents. Deuces Pet Waste is not liable for any injuries or incidents involving pets during or after the service.

2. Pet Safety
For the safety of your pets and our staff, we require that all pets be kept indoors or secured in a safe area during service. Our team cannot enter the yard if there is an unsecured animal present, and doing so may result in the service being delayed or rescheduled. This policy is in place to prevent unnecessary risk to your pets and our team members.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, and schedules can change. However, any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will still be charged in full. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Weather Conditions
In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, storms), services may need to be delayed or rescheduled. We will make every effort to notify you ahead of time and reschedule at a convenient time.

5. Payment Terms
Payments for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. For recurring services, payments are billed on a monthly basis.

6. Service Satisfaction
Our goal is to provide excellent service every time. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Amendments to Terms
Deuces Pet Waste reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
